Veranda Suite
Located in the Main House on the 3rd Floor
BEDS: 1 KING, 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS with a Maximum Occupancy 6
This third floor suite is made by opening the doors between Cuckoos and Veranda. There is a library on the third floor for games and reading.
BEDS: Veranda in the front of the house has a king and Cuckoos has a queen and two twins.
BEDDING: Memory foam mattress, cotton sheets and blankets, pillows and comforter in winter.
BATHROOM: Two private bathrooms, one has a shower/tub combination in the front and the back has a shower stall. Both have sinks and toilets.
HEATING AND COOLING: The front room has a portable A/C unit and is heated by steam radiators. The back room has a mini-split A/C.
FURNITURE: There are two chairs and a chest of drawers in the back room and the front has two chairs and a loveseat.
WINDOWS: Original steel casement windows face the street covered with 2" Venetian blinds. A sheer curtain covers the window to the veranda door. In the back three double hung windows area space lengthwise along the back of the house.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The front room with the king bed faces Washtenaw and you can hear the traffic in the morning. This room is not suitable for small children. The veranda door opens to the covered veranda and fire escape only to be used for emergencies. Steam radiators get very hot in the winter.
No TV in room however please feel free to use the free WiFi to stream to your own device.
