Located in the Main House on the 2nd Floor

As a guest room Porch Room consists of a main bedroom with a small study and a private bathroom. There are a suite of connected rooms including a side porch and salon with garment closets that can also be rented at an additional cost. That suite of rooms is called the Porch Suite. It would accommodate small meetings or socializing separate from the bedroom.

BEDS: 1 full bed. The full bed is situated in the bedroom.

BEDDING: Memory foam mattress, cotton sheets and blankets, pillows and comforter in winter.

BATHROOM: Private bathroom has a shower utilizing the mini claw foot tub.

FURNITURE: There is an upholstered chair, a chest of drawers and desk in the office nook and shelf closet area with clothes rack. The full bed is in the main part of the room. Shown in other pictures are the granite side porch and adjoining sitting room which is only available with the bridal suite rental. Please email us about this option.

HEATING AND COOLING: The room has a portable A/C and is heated by steam radiators and electric heat in the side porch.

WINDOWS: Original leaded windows in the main bedroom are covered with cellular shades, windows in the porch are not covered and offer lots of light.

BRIDAL PREPARATION SUITE: The additional side porch and adjoining room in the front of the house makes a delightful suite to prepare for the big day! There are several tables and mirrors for make-up, and hair and spaces for relaxing. The room has it's own mini-fridge and we can add beverage service items for your wedding party. Additional rental fees for this area. This area is not included in rental of Porch Room.

No TV in room however please feel free to use the free WiFi to stream to your own device.
